Wei can level up speed to 16; Wu can level up to carry load 750 and speed 24; Shu can level up to carry load 1000 and speed 12.
No amount limit of transportation between your cities.
The person you are trading with has placed a time limit on the trade. It’s to prevent a trade with someone too far away and hence effectively losing the use of that caravan until it can make the journey and return trip. It can be a pain to make a trade only to see the player is 8hrs or more away so players will set the time limit to prevent such lengthy trips.
