If you can’t load your homesteads and you are not getting any errors with Jack popping-up and telling you that something went wrong, please try these troubleshooting steps:

- If you received the “Flash10c.ocx Error”:
- Uninstall all Flash components. Select here for instructions.
- Select here to download the latest flash player if you do not currently have it.
- Reboot your system.
- This will clear out any left over .ocx files.
- Adjust your Flash settings to give Flash permission to store information on your computer. Instructions on how to accomplish this can be found here.
- Uninstall and re-install Java. Select here for instructions.
